We tailor our workshops dependent on the company/setting we are going to work in to maximise the information we can give. Our price is for 8 people per workshop, for bigger groups we are happy to give a quote to tailor this.
We aim to make our services as affordable as possible while making our service valuable. We have different services which can be tailored to your needs, but we can promise you it will be of value to your life.
Modern day therapy sessions can cost from £45 a week for similar structures, and although we are not certified therapists, we are trained in coaching cognitive behaviours & habits. Our experts will ensure you have a positive experience from us and that you take away new ways of thinking.
We are not therapist's, we do not offer therapy sessions, if this is something that you require, than we are more than happy to signpost you in the right direction, we are experts in Habit coaching and do follow a cognitive model.
